Customer Reviews
“Wonderful cottage and garden. Just a stones throw from Tarrs Steps and a delicious pub! We were able to sit outside the cottage late at night and watch stars in all their splendour, even hearing owls hoot! A special place! We will be back!
“We have just returned from a week away in this perfect property. It exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful house, tastefully decorated to a high standard. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. The Aga was easy to use and we cooked a delicious Sunday Roast in no time.
There are so many places to visit nearby or you can simply relax and take in the beautiful scenery while watching the cows, sheep and pheasants. The children enjoyed running around the field and playing in the brook.
Thank you to Neil for being such a helpful and welcoming host. He showed us around the house when we arrived and explained how everything worked. He was on hand if we needed anything throughout our stay. The scones, jam and clotted cream were a very welcome surprise.
Thank you also to Hannah for her fast responses to our messages and for making the booking process an easy one.
We highly recommend this property and only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return again one day. Thank you.”
