At Lower Spire sustainability and striving to be carbon neutral is one of our highest priorities. Number 2 Lower Spire is equipped with solar panels to supply them with clean renewable energy. As well as utilising a natural spring for their water supply, to provide clean fresh and local drinking water.

All perishable items From the welcome hampers to the optional extras and the log burned in our fire are sourced from the local community. We strive to utilise local businesses that show case the very best of Exmoor has to offer. (Subject to season and availability).
